According to the Global Industry Analyst - a California based research firm E-Learning industry would soar upto $325 Billion by 2025. The world has already started to go with the flow of E-Learning. While in India the education market is likely to grow up by 2 Billion USD by 2021.
In an interesting survey conducted by the KPMG and Google this industry has grown 3 times high. Also it has been found that more than 44% of the online searches for the purpose of education comes from the non-metro cities i.e., the Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities such as Patna, Guwahati, Kota etc., throughout the country and there is a 4 times increase in the usage of Youtube for the purpose of learning in the last one year.
Bill Gate way back in 2015 told that Online courses radically improve education by 2030, his words were damn true.

Byjus
Byjus turned profitable after a long way of struggle finding the success path in the emerfing market. Recently it had announced that it turned profitable by around $2.8 million out of $188 million generated revenue. It has also aimed at generating a revenue of $422 million by the end of the year 2020.
Unacademy
Unacademy is offering courses for all the State and Central competitive exams through their online portals. It aims to generate a revenue of between $250-300 million. It also strives hard to increase its paid subscribers.
Upgrad
Upgrad is a online educating portal offering paid and free learning options. It also offers professional degrees from the Universities overseas. These are bit new to the industry while it ensures it is equally competitive as compared to the regular degrees. It also aims to increase the revenue to 750 Crores and has also decide to spend a lump sum amounting to 17.5% out of the total revenue which is roughly 100 crores.
